Basic Fish Recipe 1-2 lb fresh or frozen fish fillets (catfish, perch, orange roughy, mackerel, salmon, trout, shrimp & catfish nuggets) 1 egg. Add water if desired 3/4 cup Fisherman's All Natural Seasoned Breading Mix (Click here to review flavor choices) Oven Fried: Heat oven to 500 degrees. Coat fish with Fisherman's All Natural Seasoned Breading Mix. Place coated fish on baking pan which has been coated with non-stick spray. Bake uncovered 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easliy with a fork Shalow Fried: Heat oil (1-2") to 375 degrees in deep fryer or deep skillet. Dip fish into egg mixture then coat with Fisherman's All Natural Seasoned Breading Mix. Fry in hot oil about 4 minutes or until golden brown. Pan Fried: Prepare fillets as above and fry in skillet coated with non-stick cooking spray until golden brown. Grilled: Prepare fillets as above and grill over white hot charcoal 4-6 above heat. Spray grill or foil with non-stick cooking spray prior to ingiting coals to prevent sticking. Puncture foil. DO NOT USE COOKING SPRAY ONCE THE COALS HAVE BEEN IGNITED!! |
